Ravioli with chicken, mushrooms and dried tomatoes
|FILLING: pcs shallots 5 TBSP olive oil 250 g mushrooms 250 g dried tomatoes 450 g chicken breast 8 TBSP whipping cream (33% fat) + 2-3 cups for the sauce salt, white pepper|
|Fry the shallots in a pan in heated olive oil, add sliced mushrooms, dried tomatoes and chicken and fry everything together. Then cover with cream, add salt, season with pepper and let it boil. Allow the finished filling to cool (the cream will thicken it after cooling) and form balls of the mixture. Fill the ravioli with the prepared filling and cook in boiling salted water for 5-7 minutes. Meanwhile, put the remaining filling in the pan, cover with 1 cup of cream and cook the sauce for a while. Mix the cooked ravioli with the sauce and serve.|
